The parish youth group extend a big thank you to all who supported the plea for shoeboxes and donations for the Shoebox Appeal.
Your generous support, thoughtful gifts and donations have allowed the group to fill 86 shoe boxes, which have been packed and dropped off at the collection centre this week.
Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse and is a hands-on way to bless children in need across the world by filling shoeboxes with toys, personal care items, school supplies, and fun gifts. The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world.
